How can I get a proposal for my project?

Please send us an email first with a quick summary of your project or an RFI/RFP. We usually reply within 24 hours to schedule an introductory call and ask any immediate questions. During our first call, we will ask a lot of questions about the project goals, audience, budget, timeline, and other essential details. We can sign an NDA if necessary, but we always treat all client conversations as confidential. We recommend contacting several design studios or user experience design companies to compare their prices.

While many design agencies only work by the hour, we try to estimate the project cost as precisely as possible before we start. After the call, we may request various documentation such as a design brief, project requirements, past designs, etc. If we’re redesigning an existing digital product, we’ll want to schedule a demo or try it ourselves.

We will email you a proposal and can schedule a video call to walk you through it. Our proposal will include a detailed description of our approach,

project phases, activities, and deliverables, design team composition, and relevant case studies.

Do you require deposit to begin work?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to book your services. This payment secures your spot in the Design Que, and is due so work can commence.

Do you build WordPress websites?

Yes. We do. WordPress is a Content Management System (CMS) that allows you to manage your website from a user-friendly interface. You can make all the changes on your website from an admin area which is quite easy to understand, even for absolute beginners. While there are many CMS out there, WordPress is the most popular one because it powers nearly 40% of all websites on the internet.

Advantages to WordPress:

Easy to Update: You can simply login to your WordPress site and modify content. WordPress is easy to use and has an intuitive user interface, which makes it easy for you to create or update pages on your site later.
Incredibly Powerful: WordPress websites can be easily extended with plugins. By installing plugins, you can add any functionality to your existing website such as adding or altering forms, adding a reservation system, adding a photo to a photo gallery, and more.
Full Control and Ownership: You get full control of your website, its domain name, and all its contents when we are finished. You can make any changes you want, and there is no limit on how much your site can grow in popularity, traffic, sales, and users.

Does your team build e-commerce options?

Yes. We build custom e-commerce stores through WordPress platform using WooCommerce. WooCommerce is WordPress most popular e-commerce plugin. It currently runs 28% of all e-commerce websites worldwide — nearly 3.5 million online stores. We also support customizing Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix e-commerce builder themes as well.

How will I continue to update my site once you have finished the design?

No worries! We offer website maintenance contracts for your convenience and to reduce the overall costs of maintaining your site. However, if you plan to change your site infrequently, we can also do maintenance on your site at an hourly rate.

Do you provide domain names and hosting services?

No. We ask that all of these services be purchased by the client. We will provide you with recommendations if needed.

Do you write content or proofread?

No. We will provide you with a content planning guide and recommendations to content writers if needed. As for proofreading to an extent we will try to catch any errors if possible. However, proofreading is ultimately your responsibility. Please, proof, proof, proof! We will always send a final proof of any work before it is sent to production or deployed.

What if a service is not listed?

Our website has a list of general offerings below and our pricing page includes packages. If a service is not listed, just ask or contact us via email. No project is out of scope for us.
